The City of Palo Alto (“City”) is seeking proposals from qualified vendors for professional services to perform a Cost Allocation Fee Study (“Study”) to determine fees related to the Planning & Development Services Department. Project tasks shall include all items listed in Scope of Work section but are not necessarily limited to the following. If the consultant/proposer feels that additional tasks are warranted or adjustment be made to the Scope of Work, they must be clearly identified in their proposal. (See Attachment B - Scope of Services)
