Contract Instrument: Single Award IDIQ Contract

IDIQ Period of Performance: Base five (5) years with two (2) each five years option periods.

Maximum IDIQ Amount: $100,000,000.00.

Task Order Types: Firm Fixed Price, Time-and-Material, and/or Hybrids

IDIQ Basis of Award: This IDIQ will be awarded based upon the initial task order award for the Brand Name requirement for FedRAMP Certified Relativity Software Cloud Storage and Professional Management Support Services.

Initial Task Order: The initial task order will be for the Brand Name specified required for FedRAMP Certified Relativity Software cloud Storage and Professional Management Support Services.

Initial Task Order Type: The contract type for the initial task order is anticipated to be time-and-material due to the uncertain future quantity requirements of document storage and professional management support services.

Task Order Period of Performance: The initial task order is intended to be issued with a Base year and four (4) each one (1) year option periods for a potential total of five (5) years.

Procurement Process and Procedures: This will be a commercial item/service procurement and follow the processes and procedures of FAR Part 12 and adopting the procedures of FAR Part 13.

Criteria for Consideration/Award: This will be award based upon lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) criteria. For an offeror to be considered technically acceptable it must be and show proof of it's cloud infrastructure being FedRAMP certified for the Relativity cloud software and it's Relativity authorized resellership/dealership.

Solicitation Issuance: The official RFQ solicitation is anticipated to be issued on or around 03/08/2019. The IDIQ and Initial Task Order will be solicited simultaneously.
