This pre-solicitation synopsis provides notice that The Library of Congress intends to issue a Request For Quote (RFQ) to existing Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) holders who previously qualified for this process under RFP LCFDL10R8000 for the placement of a Web-Based enterprise self-study and self-timed language learning program for USAFE libraries and units in Europe on behalf of the following FEDLINK member: AMPC. Responses to this notice shall be in writing and shall include prices and technical data sufficient to determine capability. This is not a solicitation. NO SOLICITATION DOCUMENT EXISTS.
