This pre-solicitation synopsis provides notice that The Library of Congress intends to issue a Request For Quote (RFQ) to existing Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) holders who have previously qualified for this process under RFP LCFDL10R8000 for the placement of a Web-Based enterprise self-study and self-timed language learning program on behalf of the following FEDLINK member, The US Air Force Library and Information System for its ACC, AFGSC and AFSOC libraries and Learning Resource Centers in the Middle East (AMPC). Responses to this notice shall be in writing and shall include prices and technical data sufficient to determine capability. This is not a solicitation. NO SOLICITATION DOCUMENT EXISTS.
