The Library of Congress intends to issue a RFQ to existing Basic Ordering Agreement holders who previously qualified for this process by responding to RFP S-LC04018-2 for the placement of new and renewal FEDLINK serials subscription services on behalf of the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Technical Information Services, Dahlgren, VA (NSWV) for domestic and foreign serials and publications and for related services.  Services are used by federal libraries and information centers worldwide.
