The Library of Congress intends to issue an RFQ to existing Basic Ordering Agreement holders who previously qualified for this process by responding to RFP S-LC04018-2 for the placement of new and renewal FEDLINK serials subscription services on behalf of FEDLINK customer NRAF for domestic and foreign serials and publications and for related services.  Services are used by federal libraries and information centers worldwide. Written responses should include prices and technical data sufficient to determine capability.  No telephone calls will be accepted.  Ref:  RFQ LC09Q-FS-003.
