The Library of Congress intends to issue a Request For Quote (RFQ) to existing Basic Ordering Agreement holders who previously qualified for this process under RFP LCFDL10R4000 for the placement of new and renewal FEDLINK serials subscription services for domestic and foreign serials and publications and for related services on behalf of the following FEDLINK member: IPDC. Responses to this notice shall be in writing and shall include prices and technical data sufficient to determine capability. Ref: RFQ LC13QFS001.
