The Library of Congress intends to issue a Request For Quote (RFQ) to existing Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) holders who previously qualified for this process under RFP-LCFDL10R4000 and RFP-LCFDL11R4000, for the placement of new and renewal FEDLINK serial subscription services for domestic and foreign serials and publications, and for related services on behalf of the following FEDLINK member: IPDC.  Responses to this notice shall be in writing and shall include prices and technical data sufficient to determine capability.  Ref: RFQ-LCFDL12-FS006.  For information on the Library of Congress FEDLINK program, you may visit the LC website at: www.loc.gov/flicc.
