The Library of Congress intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) to existing Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) holders who previously qualified for this process under RFP-LCFDL10R4000. RFP-LCFDL11R4000, and RFP-LCDFDL12R4000; for the placement of new and renewal FEDLINK serial subscription services for domestic and foreign serials and publications, and for related services on behalf of the following FEDLINK member: TBMM.  Responses to his notice shall be in writing and shall include prices and technical data sufficient to determine capability.  For more information on the Library of Congress FEDLINK program, you may visit the LC website at: www.loc.giv/flicc.
