For the continued use and access of their proprietary database of 75,500 multifamily properties that support a line of market information products, including trends, forecasts, news and analysis by the following FEDLINK member: DHUD. Reis is to provide impartial commercial real estate performance information and analysis at the metro (city), submarket (neighborhood) and property level by way of a varied menu of office, housing and construction (real estate market) related analysis, reports and industry information from approximately 80 primary and secondary housing markets around the US. Service will be continued through September 30, 2009. NO SOLICITATION DOCUMENT EXISTS. No telephone calls will be accepted.
