The Library of Congress intends to issue delivery orders against an existing Basic Ordering Agreement with ChoicePoint Government Services for online access to more than 17 billion public records, financial records, police reports and proprietary data, notes interviews and photos for the following FEDLINK member: HLSA. ChoicePoint’s decision-making process will provide asset identification and credential verification services to help reduce welfare fraud, mitigate employment risks, and prove invaluable assistance to investigative and law enforcement organizations. Services will be continued through September 30, 2009. NO SOLICITATION DOCUMENT EXISTS. No telephone calls will be accepted.
