This Request for Proposals (RFP) is being issued by the City of Santa Rosa Communications and Intergovernmental Relations Office to solicit federal legislative advocacy and related services required by the City of Santa Rosa. The City intends to award a five-year contract with two (2) single-year options to renew to the bidder/s selected as the most responsible bidder whose response conforms to the RFP and meets the City’s requirements.
