The Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA), Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization (DITCO), Contracting Division, Software Section (DITCO/PL8321), 2300 East Drive, Scott AFB IL 62225-5406, intends to issue a sole source award to Deloitte Consulting to provide proprietary Federal Financial Accounting and Management Information System (Federal FAMIS) software support used in the DISA Enterprise Information Services (EIS) mainframe environment in Ogden, Utah. The period of performance is October 1, 2014 through September 30, 2015. The Federal FAMIS software support is only available from one sole provider. The Federal FAMIS software support is proprietary to Deloitte Consulting. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which may be considered by the agency.
