The purpose of this combined synopsis/solicitation is to solicit proposals for course delivery of a two-week interagency residential course titled, "Federal Budgetary Policy & Processes," or FBPP. The course will be delivered at the Eastern Management Development Center (EMDC) for an interagency audience. The seminar is part of the curriculum provided by the U.S. Office of Personnel Management's (OPM) Management Development Centers.
