Solicitation N00421-12-T-0659 is issued as a synopsis/solicitation. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase request on a sole source basis with TriMech Manufacturing, under the authority of FAR Part 6.302-1 and under the authority of FAR Part 12, FAR Part 13. Request is being procured as a small business set-aside under the authority of FAR Part 52.219-6. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract. This maybe accomplished electronically at http://www.sam.gov.

See Attached RFQ. No partial orders or substitute items will be accepted. Delivery deadline by November 26, 2012. No rescheduled delivery dates will be accepted. FAR 52.232-18 Availability of funds (Apr 1984) applies to this requirement.

Award is expected 16 October 2012. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is a request for competitive proposals. All proposals received by 24 September 2012 at 10:00AM will be considered by the Government.
