THIS IS A SOLE SOURCE SYNOPSIS!  The 45^th Contracting Squadron has a sole source requirement for renewal of Feature CAM annual software maintenance support.  Feature CAM has two FLEX license managers (Dongle 102993-1 and 102993-2) with no restrictions on the number of users on an isolated unclassified network.  The project supports R&D fabrication for 3-D, 3-axis, 4-axix, and 5-axis systems.  Period of performance is 1 July 2015 to 30 June 2016.  Four one-year options may be awarded.  This is a Sole Source with ProForce Integrated Solutions, LLC IAW FAR 6.302-1.  ProForce Integrated Solutions, LLC is the only source capable of fulfilling the government's requirement.  A sources sought on FedBizOpps revealed no other potential sources.  A request for information was conducted on GSA e-Buy revealed no other potential sources.  An internet search and resulting email/phone contacts with potential sources also did not identify any potential sources.  The attached Sole Source Justification has been made available for review. No solicitation documents exist at this time.  This item/service utilizes North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 511210.  Interested firms may identify their capability to respond to this requirement.  This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes; however, the government will consider any responses from capable sources received within 10 days after date of publication of this synopsis.  45 CONS/LGCB has determined that ProForce Integrated Solutions, LLC is the only source capable of providing this requirement.  Phone calls will not be accepted.
