This is a notice of intent to negotiate a sole source, Labor Hour ten month bridge contract with Primescape Solutions, 1005 North Glebe Road, Suite 160, Arlington, VA 22201. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with Primescape under the authority of MMAR 6.32-1(ii); only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The US Government Printing Office currently has a contract for the development of the FDsys content repository and development, and support of the Federal Register 2.0 site (FR2.0) under contract numbers 3018807 and 3019520. The contract is due to expire on November 30, 2014. The period of performance for the bridge contract is 01 December 2014 through 30 September 2015, with the option to extend. The primary place of performance is The GPO Central Office, Washington DC. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed effort on a full and open competition basis is solely the discretion of the Government.
