Work consists of furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment and performing all operations necessary for construction of; asphaltic concrete pavement for turn lane. The work includes, but is not limited to, clearing, earthwork, asphalt pavement, stabilization, roadway base construction, signalization, sodding, and temporary surface water control in accordance with Contract Drawings and Specifications. Must be a certified JSEB vendor at time of bid opening.
