FDC Honolulu is a federal correctional facility located at 351 Elliot Street, Honolulu, Hawaii, 96819. The project consists of furnishing all equipment, materials and labor for the complete construction of the work. The purpose of the project is to provide all necessary labor, equipment and materials and related services to include repair concrete spalling and cracking on the building exterior and prepare and seal existing exterior concrete surface.

The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code applicable to this requirement is 238110 with a corresponding small business size standard of $15 million. Pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 36.204, the estimated magnitude lies between $1,000,000,000 and $5,000,000.00. (NOTE: This range is one of 8 available ranges from FAR 36.204 and is not meant to imply that the project has necessarily been estimated/budgeted to the maximum of the selected range. It merely conveys that the estimate/budget lies somewhere within that range).
