This acquisition is to begin the development of a multiple property document (MPD) to address Confederated Tribes of the Umatilla Indian Reservation (CTUIR) traditional cultural properties (TCP) and historic properties of religious and cultural significance to tribes (HPRCSITs) within Bonneville, The Dalles, and John Day Projects. The document structure will allow for the addition of property types as new information becomes available and assist the Agencies with NHPA Section 106 compliance and long-term management decisions.
Interested concerns must show clear and convincing evidence that competition of this requirement would be advantageous to the Government by submitting a capability statement that they are able to represent the Confederated Tribes of the Umatilla Indian Reservation on cultural resource matters. If no affirmative written responses are received by 2:00 PM Pacific Time on June 24, 2019, an award will be made without further notice. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed requirement is solely within the discretion of the Government.
