The NAICS code is 311812 with a size standard of 500 Employee. The period of performance for this procurement will be November 1, 2012 through December 30, 2012. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. It is not a solicitation or request for offers. Other vendors who believe they can meet the requirements may provide written notification to the Contracting Officer by November 5, 2012. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability of the vendor to supply products and services that will comply with the requirements and perform satisfactorily manner. Vendors must also provide references from other customers who are using these products and services, and show that competition would be advantageous to the Government, Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in the future. Interested firms must provide a Capability Statement with the following information: Company Name, Address, Point of Contact, Telephone and Fax Number, Email address, Business size, and DUNS Number.
If no responses are received, the Government will proceed with the sole source procurement to Flowers Baking Company. Responses may be e-mailed to [email protected] on the deadline stated above. All vendors are hereby notified if your response is not received by the date specified in this notice, it will not be considered. Faith-Based and Community-Based organizations have the right to submit quotes equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible.
