The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) requests the services of a qualified contractor to provide Guard Booths at the J. Edgar Hoover (JEH) Building in Washington, DC located 935 Pennsylvania Avenue NW, Washington, DC 20535.

Each Guard Booth is pre-wired and fitted with building apparatuses, air conditioner and heat.

The NAICS code applicable to this acquisition is 332311 - Prefabricated Metal Building and Component Manufacturing , which has a size standard of 750 employees. 

It is anticipated that a firm-fixed-price contract will be established using FAR part 15 Lowest Price Technically Acceptable procedures.

It is anticipated that a Request for Quotations (RFQ) will be issued via the System for Award Management (SAM) as a Total small business set-aside.

The Government will award contract resulting from the solicitation to the responsible quoters whose quotes conforming to the solicitation to the responsible quoters whose quotes conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered.

The closing response date listed in this presolicitation notice is the tentative RFQ issuance date. 

All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency.

In order to be considered for award, vendors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov. Vendors not already registered in SAM are strongly encouraged to register as soon as possible.
