The 319th Contracting Flight at 575 Tuskegee Airman Blvd bldg 418, Grand Forks AFB, ND 58205 intends to solicit and award a sole source purchase order to Meggitt Training Systems, Inc. for warranties for current Firearms Training Systems (FATS) that meets the following specifications:
