The Philadelphia District intends to award on a sole source purchase order with Fish & Associates, Inc. to develop inspection standards and procedures to promote consistent application of all requirements and efficiency in the collection and reduction of inspection data. Additionally, training will be developed and presented to assist USACE inspectors in the understanding and application of requirements and to further promote consistency. Contract period is from the Notice to Proceed for 240 days. This notice is NOT a request for quotes. No contract will be made on the basis of this notice. However, all information received within three (3) calendar days after date of publication of this notice will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Government will not pay for information received. Bonding is not required. All contractors are required to be registered in the DOD's Central Contract Register before award as required by DFARS 204.7300.
