The announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

Solicitation # H92257-15-Q-0066 is hereby issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ).

The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 05-80 (correction), Effective February 9, 2015 and DPN 20150129.

This is a restricted purchase set-aside for 100% Small Business Concerns. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 624190. This RFQ is being conducted as a commercial item procurement using Simplified Acquisition Procedures (FAR Part 13). This contract will be based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) to the awardee that is deemed most advantageous to the Government. Contract Financing will NOT be provided for this acquisition.
