The services include providing all resources necessary to provide Farrier service for 12 horses assigned to caisson, Military Funeral Honors at Fort Sam Houston Texas. Farrier will at minimum be licensed as a Farrier by the Texas State Racing Commission and have 5 - 7 years of experience as a Farrier with quarter horses and draft horses.

The proposed North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code is 115210, Support Activities for Animal Production, with a Small Business size standard of $7.5 million.
