The Office of Country Strategies and Implementation in the Bureau of Food Security (BFS/CSI) requires the services of a Program Analyst for the F2F Program. The position will be located in Washington, D.C. with 25% of the time traveling. The Program Analyst will analyze data from program monitoring, site visits, assessments and other sources and formulate recommendations for the F2F Program Manager and senior BFS/CSI staff to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the F2F Program. In addition, the Program Analyst will maintain program databases and files, prepare reports, and coordinate logistic support for meetings and program management operations. The Program Analyst will provide analytical, monitoring and evaluation, and design support to other office agricultural and rural development programs to help integrate the F2F program into broader development activities. The Program Analyst will promote diversity in the Program and provide guidance on indicator development to measure Program progress and trends.
The Program Analyst and Program Manager work as a team and are responsible for implementation of the F2F program. The Program Analyst's work will be overseen by the Program Manager. Within the parameters of the duties of the Program Analyst, the incumbent will be expected to work independently on day to day implementation and monitoring and for internal and external contacts regarding the program.
