The purpose of this contract is to obtain a subscription for customized data entry programs for the Family Advocacy Program. This requirement is non-performance based, non-personal services to obtain 300 licenses allowing AF Mental Health (MH) family/intimate partner violence treatment professionals on-line access and data collection capability for the Outcome Rating Scale (ORS) and Session Rating Scale (SRS) tools. Data collected will be used by individual providers and the AF FAP Clinical Treatment Program to evaluate and improve services.
