The Government intends to issue a non-personal service contract on a firm fixed basis and to solicit the proposed
services under the authority FAR Part 13. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation proposals/quotations
being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
The Contractor shall be responsible for providing IMCOME-E FAP personnel face-to-face training in Germany.
