1.  The Regional Contracting Office Wiesbaden intends to competitively award a firm fixed price contract to provide non-personal Family Advocacy Program (FAP) services to military personnel, DoD civilians and their family members in the United States Army Garrison (USAG) Wiesbaden, Germany.

2.  Services include providing domestic violence prevention, intervention and treatment, research, and education and training.

3. The period of performance is for an 8-month base period and three (3) 12-month options starting on or around 30 September 2021.

4. The Request for Quotes (RFQ) W912CM-21-Q-0016 will be issued on or about August 13, 2021.

5. All dates and times refer to Central European Time (CET).
