PREVENTION EDUCATION COORDINATOR
a) This is a Pre-Solicitation Notice  synopsis for commercial items, prepared in accordance with the format in Subpar 12.6 and supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only
Pre-Solictation Notice ; quotes are  not being requested at this time  and a separate final written solicitation will  be issued at a later time.  The Government is posting this Pre-Solicitation Notice  electronically via FedBizOpps only. The Pre-Solictation/Solicitation  number is W85D2M-23-Q-0008 and this Pre-Solictation  is issued  at this time and a Solictation will be isued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), at a later date after due date response of such. 
b) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses wil be  in effect in the RFQ W58D2M-23-Q-0008 .                   The Government anticipates the award being a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this project is 624190 – Other Individual and Family Services.
c) Scope of Work: The contractor shall provide training in family violence prevention and identification, and assist in teaching Family Advocacy Program (FAP) required classes. The contractor also has the responsibility for compiling data, coordinating marketing of FAP educational resources and community events, scheduling FAP
training for the military personnel, DOD civilians and their family members in the United States Army Garrison Italy Military Community, as well as maintaining FAP records IAW AR 608-18 and AR 25-50. Services shall be performed in support of military personnel, family members, and Department of Defense (DOD) civilians and their family members in the USAG Italy- Camp Darby - Livorno Military Community. The contractor shall not provide clinical counseling services.
d) Instructions to Offerors: Offerors are requested to carefully read the attached  PWS, in which the final will be in the final Request For Quote  W58D2M-23-Q-0008, and at this time submit  only interest to this requirement no later than 10:00 AM   Central European Time (CET) on Monday,  20 June 2023,  to the following email addresses:
