This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format prescribed in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation FA4877-14-Q-0109 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses of those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-78, Defense Circular Number 20141113, and Air Force Acquisition Circular 2014-1001. This procurement is being issued as a 100% small business set-aside. The Associated North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) code for this request is 517919 with a size standard of $32.5M or under. The results of this requirement will be a firm fixed priced (FFP) contract. The right to make multiple or no award is reserved in the event it is advantageous to the Government to do so. Items called for by this RFQ have been identified in the schedule by brand name or equal. The contractor shall provide the following Contract Line Item Number (CLIN):

THIS REQUIREMENT IS A BRAND NAME OR EQUAL. IF QUOTING AN OR EQUAL ITEM PLEASE INCLUDE ITEM SPECIFICATIONS.

There will be a recommended site visit on Tuesday, 16 December 2014, 09:30 AM. It is highly encouraged for potential bidders to attend site visit so any site conditions that may affect the bid can be identified. All contractors attending the site visit will meet at the DMAFB visitors center at the Craycroft Gate located at the intersection of Craycroft Road and Golf Links Road at 9:30 AM Arizona Local Time. If attending the site visit please email Mr. Jeremy Dedmon, [email protected], and Mr. Drew Fairchild, [email protected] for additional information regarding the site visit no later than Thursday, 11 December 2014, 10:00 AM.

Shipping will be FOB Destination to FamCamp - 355 FSS DM CDC, 5305 E Commanche St, DMAFB, Tucson, AZ. 85707. The shipment should be marked for Michelle Crawford.
