JOSEPHINE COUNTY FACILITIES SERVICES FAIRGROUNDS ARENA RENOVATIONS PHASEII Bids Due 2:00 pm, February 4, 2020 INVITATION TO BID Josephine County Facilities Services is accepting bids for the Fair grounds Arena Renovations Phase II. Sealed bids will be accepted at Josephine County Facilities Services, 705 NW Dimmick Street, Grants Pass, Oregon 97526 until 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 4, 2020, at which time they will be publicly opened and read, and after which time they will not be received or accepted. Faxed or emailed bids will not be accepted. Bids must be submitted to: Ryan Johnson, Director, Josephine County Facilities Services, 705 NW Dimmick Street, Grants Pass, Oregon 97526. This project requires the contractor to supply all expertise, personnel, equipment and materials for renovations to the Josephine County Fairgrounds Arena at 1451 Fairgrounds Road, Grants Pass, Oregon. Renovations include: replacing exte rior siding, shutters, light fixtures, stairway, and exhaust fans; raising shed roof; relocating second story door; installing non-load bearing wall and stairway; and removing mezzanine. Bids will be accepted only from Bidders who have attended the pre-bid conference. Prequalification of bidders is required.
