[email protected] An optional pre-bid meeting will be held April 10, 2023, at 10:00 AM, on site at Klamath County Fairgrounds Office, 3531 South 6th Street, Klamath Falls, Oregon 97603. BIDS DUE: 2:00 PM, April 27, 2023 Written sealed bids in envelopes marked "Klamath County Fairgrounds 48 Space RV Park" shall be delivered to the front desk of the Klamath County Fairgrounds office or mailed to Derrick Rowley at 3531 South Sixth Street, Klamath Falls, Oregon 97603. Only bids from licensed contractors will be accepted. No bid shall be considered if received later than 2:00 PM, April 27th, 2023. The bids will be publicly opened and read thereafter in the Klamath County Fairgrounds office. Subcontractor disclosure will be due 4:00 PM, April 27, 2023. Anticipated date for Notice of Intent to Award will be published May 2, 2023. Anticipated date for Notice to proceed is May 16, 2023. SCOPE OF WORK INCLUDES: The project is to construct a 48 space RV Park, existing restroom to be remodeled to add ADA showers. All RV spaces require electrical, potable water and sanitary sewer improvements. The park will include stormwater improvements asphalt, concrete, fencing, and landscaping. The contractor will be responsible for all aspects of demolition and construction necessary for the completion of all work illustrated in the accompanying plan set. On-site work for this project is expected to start June 1, 2023, and substantial completion is expected by September 29, 2023.
