Western Connecticut State University is seeking bid proposals for all labor and materials required to provide site improvements at the front and rear of the Fairfield Residence Hall on the Midtown Campus including raising the grade and creating a flush entry at the front of the building and raising the grade and enlarging the patio area at the rear of the building with a low brick wall and pilasters with fence enclosure and a gas fire-pit resident patio area. Please note: The CT Department of Labor’s Prevailing Wage Rates requirement shall apply to this project.
