In general, work consists of all labor and materials for the construction complete in-place, including, but is not limited to, general earthwork, concrete pavement, concrete curb, asphalt paving, utilities, landscaping, seeding, tennis and basketball court coloring, site furnishing and site restoration the following approximate quantities: 1 LS COMMON EXCAVATION 235 LF RC PIPE STORM SEWER 1735 SY BITUMINOUS PAVEMENT 6,550 SF CONCRETE PAVEMENT 350 LF 10’ HIGH CHAIN LINK FENCE 14,110 SF COURT COLORING 1 LS SHADE STRUCTURE 230 SF ENGINEERED WOOD FIBER 3.8 AC LANDSCAPE RESTORATION AND SEEDING The provisions of MINN. STAT. 16C.285 Responsible Contractor are imposed as a requirement of this contract. All bidders and persons or companies providing a response/submission to the Advertisement for Bids of the City of Woodbury shall comply with the provisions of the statute. The City of Woodbury has adopted a standard document entitled “Standard Project Manual for Utility and Street Construction”, dated January 1, 2021, which includes the Procurement and Contracting Requirements and Specifications which are herby incorporated into the Bidding Documents. Bidders are required to obtain a copy of this standard document once per year.
