DPS’s Driver License Division seeks a Contractor-hosted Failure To Appear System (FTA System) and all related services. Political Subdivisions will use the FTA System and data stored in the FTA System, (FTA Data), as a collection and enforcement tool. The FTA System will provide Political Subdivisions with data that enables the Political Subdivision to restrict a violator’s ability to renew their driver license until the Violator has taken care of their outstanding violations.
