The purpose of this Market Survey is to seek competent and qualified contractors to perform all work necessary for the completion of the Fairbanks Automated Flight Service Station (AFSS) Upgrades in Fairbanks, Alaska. Work includes replacement of AFSS existing Inverted Roof Membrane Assembly (IRMA) EPDM roof system with a new conventional (top membrane) EPDM roof system. Upgrade the facility HVAC system by replacing the Rooftop Air Handling Unit (RTU) with a new RTU, to include all VAV boxes, heating control valves, clean existing duct system and replace the existing fluorescent light fixtures with light emitting diode (LED) fixtures.

The contractor is required to furnish all labor, materials (except Government furnished), services, equipment, insurance bonds, security notifications, licenses, permits and fees in accordance with applicable Federal, State and local regulatory requirements to complete the specified work.
