The U.S. Marshals Service, Justice Prisoner and Alien Transportation System (JPATS) is interested in acquiring safety and emergency training in January 2011 for pilots and flight crew members. The training must meet all Federal Aviation Regulation Standards and include both classroom instruction and simulation exercises. Topics covered must include: accidents, medical emergencies, first aid, AED, CPR, safety and survival equipment, hazardous materials, fire and smoke procedures, and emergency evacutions (land and water). The training must be conducted on site in Oklahoma City, OK. Eighty (80) personnel are expected to attend. The length of the training should be 3-days. The associated NAICS code is 611519.
