The US Marshals Service, Justice Prisoner and Alien Transportation System (JPATS) is interested in acquiring safety and emergency training during the first quarter of year 2010 (Jan-Mar 2010) for pilots and flight crew members. The training must meet all Federal Aviation Regulation Standards and include both classroom instruction and simulation exercises. Topics covered must include: accidents, medical emergencies, first aid, AED, CPR, safety and survival equipment, hazardous materials, fire and smoke procedures, and emergency evacutions (land and water). The training must be conducted on site at three different locations: Oklahoma City OK, Alexandria LA and Mesa AZ. Seventy (70) personnel at each site are expected to attend.
