The National Oceanic Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Eastern Region Acquisition, Norfolk, VA on behalf of the National Ocean Service (NOS) is soliciting a requirement to perform the full service facility waste removal and recycle pick up disposal at the Beaufort Lab in Beaufort North Carolina. Provide all labor, material and equipment in accordance with the attached Statements of Work.

This RFQ is 100 percent set-aside for small business concerns. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 562111, which has a corresponding size standard of $35,500,000.00 or less.

Solicitation number EA-133C-14-RQ-0211 issued March 5, 2014 and will close March 17, 2014 at 4:00 pm EST.

The total period of performance for all work specified in the Statement of Work Specification is From April 1, 2014 through March 31, 2019.

All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. The anticipated award date is on or about March 25, 2014.
