This District is requesting Bid Submittals from qualified firms able to provide services to fabricate and install of two manatee barriers and support frames upstream from the Moss Bluff water control structure. It should be noted that two barriers and support frames are required as there are two independent spillways that make up the dam structure. The estimated budget for the project is $100,000.00, and the project completion date is July 31, 2023. Any deviation from this schedule shall be noted in Contractor’s bid.
