This synopsis is to announce that the Warner Robins Air Force Sustainment Center (WR-ALC), Robins AFB, GA, intends to solicit, CPI, 150 Sohier Road, Beverly, MA 01915-5536 (88236). The statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition is Title 10 U.S.C 2304(c)(1). The contract is anticipated to be awarded as an Indefinite Delivery, Requirements type instrument with provisions for Firm Fixed Price repair Contract Line Items (CLINS). A solicitation will be issued on or about 10 February 2021. This requirement effort is for the repair of the APQ-166. The Period of Performance will be a basic 12 month plus 4 one-year ordering periods plus a 6 month optional order period.
This synopsis is NOT to be considered as a commitment by the Government or as a Request for Proposals. A determination by the Government whether or not to compete the contract based upon assessment of responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
