The F-16 System Program Office is looking to field the ALR-69A Digital Radar Warning
Receiver (DRWR) system, which will replace the legacy ALR-69 and ALR-56M RWR
systems. The purpose of this contract is to provide the United States Air Force (USAF) a single
award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to provide low cost and rapid
delivery of ALR-69A diplexers for the F-16 fleet/all blocks. The F-16 Systems Integration
Section requires the ability to have diplexers built in rapid succession in order to meet program
and budgetary timeline constraints. Aircraft installation services are not required. Please find the solicitation and its attachments posted herein.
Requests for Specifcations must be submitted to the PCO and Buyer via Beta.SAM.gov. Specifications published with this RFP are partial due to security classification; the classified specification may be provided via CD-R upon e-mail request and verification, for the classified specifications.
Questions in relation to the RFP shall be submitted to the PCO and Buyer NLT 14 October 2020.
Proposals in response to this RFP shall be submitted NLT 13 November 2020, at 4:30 PM (1630) MST.
