Clarification to Joint Ventures and Top Secrect Facility Clearances:

The Joint Venture Partnership Entity must possess a Top Secrect Facility Clearance.

In reference to pre-solicitation notice FA3047-15-R-0023 posted on 6 April 2015:

Please review the attached solicitation with subsequent attachments.

There will not be a site visit for this requirement.

All Questions must be submitted no later than Friday, 5 June 2015 at 1:00 pm cst.

Contractor is required to have a current Top Secret (TS) Facility clearance issued by the Defense Security Service (DSS) office and be Director of Central Intelligence Directive (DCID) 6/4 eligible with a current Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI).  A valid Top Secret Facility Clearance is required to be in the DSS Database.  Please refer to http://www.dss.mil/ for more detailed information.
