The 502d Contracting Squadron Joint Base San Antonio Fort Sam Houston (JBSA-FSH) intends to extend the period of performance (in accordance with FAR 52.217-8 Option to Extend Services clause) of contract FA3047-12-C-0015 through 31 August 2013. This is a sole source contract to Altech Services, Inc. (CAGE 06TP9) for Telephone and Cable Maintenance services for JBSA-FSH which the Government awarded under the authority of FAR 6.302-2(b)(2). The period of performance is from 01 September 2012 through 31 July 2013.

This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. The proposed contract action is for a one month period and in accordance with FAR 52.217-8.
