The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price order and subsequent modifications under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00019-21-G-0006 to The Boeing Company of St. Louis, Missouri. The Contractor shall provide Engineering Change Proposal (ECP) updates to Technical Publications, Interactive Electronic Technical Manuals (IETMs), and Logistics Support Analysis (LSA)/Provisioning in support of the F/A-18 and E/A-18G aircraft. The anticipated Period of Performance will be calendar years 2021-2026.  This is a follow-on deliver order pervious awarded on N00019-16-G-0001-0181.  This award is based on Title 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), whereby the supplies or services required are available from only one source, and no other type of supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The Boeing Company is the sole designer, developer, manufacturer and supplier of the F/A-18 and E/A-18G aircraft and is uniquely qualified to provide the complete range of program support required by the fleet. The Boeing Company is the only known firm that possesses the techincal data, resources and expertise necessary to fulfill the Government's requirements.
