The 355th Contracting Squadron intends to issue a sole-source procurement action with BAE Systems for the procurement of the following items:

Chaff-Flare Test Set (1 each) NSN: 4920-01-423-8143 to support the F-16 Maintenance Operations at the 309th Aerospace Maintenance and Regeneration Group (AMARG).  

This requirement is accomplished in accordance with FAR Part 13.106-1(b)(1) Soliciting from a Single Source. BAE Systems has been identified by Aircraft Item Managers and Special Project Officers as an authorized distributor of these assets and approved by the Air Force Materiel Command (AFMC) HQ Command Program and Policy Manager via Local Purchase Waiver.
