The Government intends to issue a modification to Pratt and Whitney's long term contract SPE4AX-16-D-9436 (formerly known as SPE4AX-13-D-9424) to add 14 sole source F100 NSNs IAW 52.216-9006 Addition/Deletion of Items. The NSNs are listed in this notice and are sole source to Pratt and Whitney. The items will be procured as "ALL or NONE" per NSN. This is notice of intent is a request for competitive proposals. However, all responsible potential sources may submit an offer/quote to the point of contact listed for consideration. All offers shall be in English language and in U.S. dollars. Specifications, plans or drawings are not available for these NSNs. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete unrestricted technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only the approved source under the authority of 10 USC 2304(c)(1).
