Solicitation is a Request for Proposal for spring auger and hazel hoe conifer tree planting of an indefinite quantity of acres on the Okanogan and Wenatchee National Forests, Chelan, Kittitas, Okanogan and Yakima Counties, WA. Estimated start work date will be 4/1/02. Washington Farm/Forest Contractors License and MSWPA Certificate is required. Multiple awards are contemplated. Resulting contract will be an indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contract for a possible three years.
